Return Period
For products purchased from Artisanstoreon, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the product. For services, cancellation policies may vary and will be specified in your service agreement.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Process
